The Celebrity Apprentice star Bret Michaels has come out of hospital after remaining in the ICU for past few days due to a severe brain hemorrhage.

Michaels was admitted to the hospital on April 21st. The surgeon in charge, Dr. Joseph Zabramski, said that Bret is "still very sick right now," but he is in stable consition.

The doctor refused to reveal where Bret is undergoing recovery but said, "He's improving and I expect him to continue to improve.  I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100% recovery.  He's just one of those lucky people -- ten to twenty percent who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities."

The doctors are yet to ascertain the cause of Bret's hemorrhage. Talking to reporters, Dr. Zabramski added, "Patients who do not have anything identified in their angiograms tend to do well. This is one of those rare instances in medicine where we're actually pleased not to be able to find what caused the problem."

The doctor added that the Poison star would take another seven to ten days, so that his system could dissolve the blood clot surrounding his brain. Zabramski allowed Bret to leave the hospital as he agreed to take care of his health.
