Tomorrow is September 1. The date is important because Apple is holding a special event tomorrow and tomorrow it will be decided whether the Cupertino-based firm will launch Verizon iPhone soon or not. Rumors are strong that Apple would unveil its plan to launch iPhone on Verizon tomorrow. Also white iPhone 4 announcement is being expected by many tomorrow at Apple’s media event.

But experts are predicting that the launch of a Verizon iPhone will not prove beneficial for the carrier because Verizon, US’ largest carrier by subscription is not prepared to face the high data use that comes with the iPhone. We all know that iPhone users are top data guzzlers as compared to users of other mobile handsets.

At present, AT&T is the exclusive carrier of the iPhone in the US and the carrier had faced so much pressure at one point of time that it stopped giving new iPhone connections in the New York City. AT&T’s move clearly showed that that AT&T is facing too much stress due to high data usage.

A recent survey had showed that nearly 33% of iPhone users are willing to switch to Verizon. But this does not mean that all iPhone users are willing to leave AT&T for Verizon.

Coming to white iPhone 4, the latest is that a few days ago a video showing the device surfaced which raised hopes that white iPhone 4 release is close by. That is also the reason why it is being expected at tomorrow’s event. Now all we have to do is wait for tomorrow and find out for ourselves.
